Credit Union financing is so important to our store. For one, in Michigan, there's a credit union on every corner. We have to be able to pick up and capture all the finance deals that we can for the customer and there is no back and forth. As a finance manager, we do not like not having their credit union. And most times the customer or guest is in the office so we can get it done right away rather than three days, four days, five days looking for paperwork we don't have. For support for CUDL, it's absolutely amazing. Their answers to questions are within minutes. We have never had a problem since we've implemented this maybe four years ago. I would recommend CUDL to every single dealer in Michigan. Without it, you're losing deals. As a finance manager, your PVR is going to soar using CUDL. We have multiple platforms.
