Origence routinely performs system maintenance work to complete enhancements and improvements to our systems. Scheduled maintenance typically occurs from 10 p.m. (PT) until the following day at 4 a.m. (PT). During this time, Origence systems are unavailable. Please note that system maintenance is not a release.
Special Notice: As part of our continued activities to increase the resiliency of our platforms, we will be adding additional Azure environments, and all systems will be periodically offline for failover testing on the dates below.
To prevent your credit union from being impacted during the changeover, please work with your internal IT teams to ensure that all relevant IP addresses are whitelisted by August 11, 2023. A complete list of our UAT and Production IP addresses and domains can be found in the Application Whitelist section of the Origence Help Center. If you whitelist by fully qualified domain names (FQDN) you do not need to make any changes.
